Music of Pappu movie was launched at a packed Prasad Labs on the night of 30 May. This film stars Krishnudu, Subbaraju and Deepika in the main leads. Praveen Reddy Nalla and Nagesh Yada jointly produce this movie on Aarya entertainments banner in the direction of Sapan Pasuparthi. The guests who made it to the function include C Kalyan, Madhu Yashki, Madan Mohan, Nani, Navadeep, Varun Sandesh, Sundeep Kishan, Krishnudu, Subbaraju, Deepika, music director Phani Kalyan, Sapan Pasuparthy, Parthu, Deva Katta, TS Krishna Rao, Nalla pratap Reddy, PV Ashok, G Srinivasa Reddy, Siva Reddy, Ambika Krishna, Gundu Hanmantha Rao, Praveen Reddy and Nagesh Yada.

C Kalyan launched the audiocassette and gave the first unit to Navadeep. Madhu Yashki launched the audio CD and gave the first unit to Nani.

Madhu Yashki said, “Title of the movie is different. Our meal is not complete without Pappu. I will buy the ticket and will watch the movie. I have protested against some movies in the past due to Telangana movement. I will support movies after AP is divided into two states. I want this movie to become a big hit.”

Navadeep said, “I liked the trailers and songs. I am eagerly waiting for the release of this movie. New music director came up with a good work. Krishnudu seems to have worked really hard for Pappu.”

Ambika Krishna said, “Producer Nagesh Yada is a good friend of me. Pappu is a healthy title and purely a vegetarian one. A hero like Krishnudu will make pot-bellied people like us proud. I am expecting this movie to become a big hit.”

Deva Katta said, “The poster of Pappu reminds me of Pappu, Neyyi and Avakai through the characters of Krishnudu, Deepika and Subba Raju.”

Subbaraju said, “When the producers narrated the story to me, I suggested that the producer Praveen Reddy should do my character because he is so handsome. Another producer Nagesh Yada is also a good singer and dancer. All songs in this film are excellent.”

Krishnudu said, “I did a small role in Navadeep’s Modati Cinema. I worked for most of the upcoming heroes in the film industry. Director Sapan is a good director. I listened to many scripts and liked this story. It is a heart touching story. Subbaraju was my roommate when I was searching for film opportunities. I find to be exciting to work with him in this movie. My character in this movie offers lot of variety.”

Deepika said, “This is my first movie. I am feeling happy to make my debut through a different movie like Pappu. I would like to thank the producers and director for giving me this opportunity.”

Music director Phani Kalyan said, “I had been a great fan of AR Rahman since my childhood. I was a software engineer. I resigned my job and joined AR Rahman’s music institute in Chennai. I happened to meet the makers of Pappu through my friends. They listened to my 30 seconds demo and selected me as a music director. My mother and my grandparents role is very vital in my career.”

Director Sapan said, “I penned this story when was working in the direction department of Ashta Chemma movie. I saw Vinayakudu movie and decided that Krishnudu is my hero. He is a director’s hero and he did a terrific work. Subbaraju is a talented actor and a good human being. He will become a good hero in the time to come. USA born Deepika is doing female lead and Kashmir guy Junaid is making his debut in negative role. I feel very lucky to get a music director like Phani Kalyan. Producers of this movie are like my brothers. I extremely fortunate to get producers like these. We worked in such a way that there is no editing wastage. Pappu is going to release on 18 of June and I hope that it will be successful."
