Speaking on the occasion guest VV Vinayak said, “When Kulasekhar narrated me the story, I liked it so much that I recommended him to direct it himself. I encouraged him to become a director. Venu Mallidi is like my younger brother. I hope that he will become a big hero. I am impressed with Kulasekhar’s dialogues in latest runaway hit ‘10th Class’. All films with Premalekha titles tasted success. I hope that this film too will become a huge success.”
Debutant music director Sreeram Kaushik said, “I did a few devotional albums in the past. Director Kula Sekhar has extracted good film music from me. He has clarity about what he wants from me.”
Director Kula Sekhar said, “I would like to thank three people - VV Vinayak, Nallamalupu Bujji and RP Patnaik for pushing me into direction. J Rameswara Rao (Chairman of Maha Cement) helped me a lot. He is my father’s friend and he gave me shelter and food for 4 years of my initial stay in Hyerabad/ Teja and RP encouraged me a lot by giving opportunity in their films. Sirivennela Seetaramasastry helped me. Hero Venu Mallidi is very talented youngster. I hope that he would keep him humility intact in future too. I would like to reiterate that film is director’s media and it is the director who makes heroes and stars. Checkout the example of heroes who debuted in Teja’s films. Teja is still in a commanding position. I was so impressed with music director Sreeram Kaushik giving free music training, I though I should give him a break for the talent he possess.”
Aditya music bought the audio rights.
