L Yagnam - a cycle mechanic and a fan of Chiranjeevi - is doing a cycle rally throughout the India to propagate donation of blood and eyes and also awareness of AIDS. This rally was flagged off on 28th of August in Guntur and the team reached Hyderabad now after cycling through Guntur, Krishna and Nalgonda districts. This cycle rally would touch states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Gujarath, Maha Rashtra, Chattisghad, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir. It would take approximately an year to complete the India tour.

They reached Hyderabad on 9th September and met their favorite star Chiranjeevi at 7 acres of Annapurna. Chiranjeevi praised them for staying away from their family members for an year to propagate good social cause. Chiranjeevi also donated some money for this noble cause.

The names of fans who are undertaking this rally are L Yagnam, Sambasivulu, Chandra Sekhar, Nagaraju and Khaza. Yagnam specially made a 5-seater cycle for this purpose.
