Ali is appearing again as hero with a film titled ‘Gundammagari Manavadu’ film. This film is being directed by B Jaya on RR Moviemakers banner. This film’s muhurat was held at Rama Naidu studios on the morning of 15 January. Chiranjeevi sounded the clapboard, D Rama Naidu switched on camera and K Raghavendra Rao directed the first shot.
Speaking on the occasion Ali said, “There is good response for the title of this film. Director Jaya gave an impressive narration of the film for two hours. Subject and songs of the film are going to be highlights. Dedicated director Jaya has assembled very good team for this film. Tanikella Bharani is doing the role of my father. I am happy to work in successful banner like RR Moviemakers.”
Director Jaya said, “I would to thank the producer Venkat first. Ali was the first choice for this film. Tanikella Bharani is doing a vital role in this film that has 40 scenes involving him. A prolific writer like Bharani appreciated the story of this film. Ghatikachalam Polur helped us a lot in writing department. Vandemataram has given vey good audio. Tanikella Bharani not only penned a song, but rendered his voice too. Sindhuri and Nicole are doing performance oriented female lead roles. Regular shooting of the film starts on 17 January. Audio will release in March. We are aiming for 2nd week of April release."
Prabhas, Jagapati Babu, Puri Jagan, Surender Reddy and Sukumar also attended this function. |
