Arti Agarwal’s latest female oriented film ‘Neelaveni’ was launched at Rama Naidu studios today morning. This film is going to be directed by Bharat Parepally. Kommanapalli Ganapathi Rao provides story. Mukul Dev plays male lead. D Rama Naidu sounded the clapboard and Suresh Babu switched on the camera. This film will complete the shoot in a single schedule and will be released by September.
