A new movie titled "Oka Ammai Oka Abbai" with caption "Out of Calling Area" is launched today at Ramanaidu Studios, Hyderabad. The film is made on Ancy Art Creations. Story, screenplay and direction is by Ramkumar. Alex is the producer. Debutant Viswas is hero; with Rupa Kaur and Lakshmi Lahari as female leads. Movie Moghal Dr. D. Ramanaidu clapped the muhurt shot on the lead artistes. Senior film critic Pasupuleti Ramarao switched on the camera.

Addressing the media, director Ramkumar said: "It is a romantic love story with an element of suspense also. Lahari, a known artiste in Telugu, is doing a negative role. The script is prepared with concentration on the screenplay." Producer Alex said that the film will have continuous shooting schedules.

Viswas (debut hero) said: "I have come from the US. I am software professional and have found Tollywood very lucrative and audience-friendly. I have decided left my career and become an actor. So I am doing this as hero." Heroine Lahari said she is doing a negative role. Another heroine Rupa Kaur said that she is happy to be part of Telugu film industry. Both thanked the producer and director for their patronage.
