Rajavannem Reddy clapped the muhurt shot on Rambha. K. Raghavendra Rao switched on the camera. Tammareddy Bharadwaja rendered the first shot direction. A press meet was held on this occasion.
Bloodless thriller: Rambha
Rambha said: "For the first time I am acting in a suspense thriller. True to the title, the audience will feel the tension each second. Thriller is generally associated with violence or bloodshed. But, I don't like these things. So, it is a cool thriller and all sections of the audience, including the children, could enjoy it. The story in the film is stretched over one single night. Today, the shoot will start at Ramoji Film City and continue till month end. The remaining part would be shot in Sri Lanka. We searched for a house on the cliff edge in mountainous regions like Kodai and Ooty, but we couldn't find the suitable one. So, we are moving to Sri Lanka and there we found a great location. The entire focus will be on me, though you have senior actors like Prakash Raj and Riyaz Khan. There is no character like hero, but only the story is important, followed by my characterization."
Best characterization of Prakash Raj: Director
Vyas said: "I am thankful to Rambha for her superb understanding of my subject and her readiness to act in it. This thriller will have a different temperament. Telugu people are the best fans of entertainment. They have patronized art and commercial films, experimental films and thrillers. I really admire their versatility in their support to films. The characterization of Prakash Raj will be altogether new in this film compared to all his previous roles."
Pallavi Srinivasan said: "Cinematography plays a major role in Prathi Kshanam. The dialogues are very limited. So, based on the requirement, we wish to make it a bilingual film."
