Comedian Venu Madhav is doing the lead role in Premabhishekam (veediki cancer ledu). The story of this film is given by none other than the creator of Premabhishekam Dasari Narayana Rao. Vikram Gandhi directs this film on Timepass banner. Muhurat of this film was held at Annapurna studios on the morning of 26 October. Dasari sounded the clapboard, VV Vinayak switched on the camera and L Sridhar directed the first shot.

Speaking on the occasion Venu Madhav said, “I went to Dasari one day and requested him to provide me a story as he started giving stories to other films. He obliged me and gave me this story Premabhishekam (veediki cancer ledu). And he also said that there is a character for Srihari and if he does not do it, this film should be never made. The main heroes of the film are Srihari and Nagababu. I am doing a typical full length comedy role. This film will also be shot in Mumbai and Europe as the story demands it. Producers are my friends and they take care of my film well.”
