Muhurat of Bay Movies production no.1 with Raja, Manjari Fadnis and Rocha Pallod in the main leads was launched at Annapurna studios on the morning of 2 December. Palla Janardhana Rao (father of the producer) sounded the clapboard, Senthil switched on the camera and Suman Pathuri and Gollapudi jointly directed the first shot.

Speaking on the occasion Raja said, “I knew director Suman from the days of Vennela for which he worked as an assistant director. He also shot a video for Channel V recently. He is a youngster with immense talent. It will be an entertaining film. This story revolves around seven important characters.”

Producer Kalyan Palla said, “I distributed and exhibited Telugu films in USA. My last film was Gamyam. I always wanted to produce films. I had known the director for six years. Each and every character is important in this film. We were in casting process for the past four months. My aim is to produce good films.”

This film is about second chances in life - Suman Pathuri
Director Sumant Pathuri said, “I would like to thank Raj and DK for giving me the story. It is because of them the story is happening. I knew dialogue writer Nagaraju Gandham even before Gamyam happened to him. This film is about second chances in life. It revolves around seven characters that just graduated from the college. The shooting starts from today.”

Manjari Fadnis said, “I am impressed with the director when he gave me a six hour narration of the script. He went into minute detailing. I loved the script. I saw Gamyam seven times and I am in awe of the dialogue writer.”

Richa Pallod said that her character in this film is like an extension to her character in Nuvve Kavali film.

Nagaraju Gandham said that there is a feel in the story of the film.

Gollapudi Maruthi Rao said, “I am doing a small role in this film. I had known the father of Suman for the past 30 years. Suman is an able director.”

Kishore (Khadir of Vennela) said, “Though my name is Kishore Bokkala, it has become Vennela Kishore because of the Khadir character in Vennela film. I am eternally thankful to Deva Katta. I am also thankful to Suman Pathuri for giving me this wonderful character.”

Singer turned actor Sandeep is acting in this film after a gap of 3 years. His last film as an actor was Premayanamaha.

Lyricist Vanamali said, “This film is about the changes life brings as the time progresses. The lyrics are written first and tunes are being composed after lyrics are given.”

Rao Ramesh said that the story of the film is new and the screenplay is novel.
