Sonia’s latest Telugu film with Rajiv and Krishnudu as male leads was launched at a function organized in Annapurna studios on the morning of 14 March. Jonnalagadda Srinivasa Rao directs it and M Ramalinga Raju (s/o M Arjuna Raju) produces it. Bhupati Raja provides story.

Rama Naidu sounded the clapboard, Ramesh Prasad switched on the camera and K Raghavendra Rao directed the first shot.

Actor Rajiv who made his debut with Notibook said, “I and my father (music director Koti) have been searching for a good script for over a year. I was attending acting course in Vizag when my father called me to come back to Hyderabad. Bhupati Raja narrated me the story. I loved the story.”

Actress Sonia said, “This is my third Telugu film after Happy Days and Vinayakudu. I am doing this film as I liked the story very much. I am hopeful that this film too will become a hit like my earlier films.”

Producer Ramalinga Raju said, “The story of this film is trendy and suits today’s generation. Regular shooting of the film will start in April and it will be wrapped up by July.”
