After directing films like Super Heroes and Veedi Prema Bangaram Kanu, AVS is back to direct his 3rd film 'Roommates'. CC Reddy (of Visu consultants fame) is producing this film. This story of film is about five youngsters who are duped by the brokers who promised jobs in Dubai. The crux of the film is about how these youngsters become roommates after getting cheated and how they energize themselves.

Chiranjeevi sounded the clapboard on Rajiv Kanakala, Siva Reddy, Srinivasa Reddy and Suman Setty. Actor Rajendra Prasad switched on the camera and D Rama Naidu directed the first shot.
