Muhurat of a small budget film Sandhya was held on 12 February. This film sports Baladitya and Gayatri (Notebook) as main leads. G Adiseshagiri Rao sounded the clapboard on the lead pair, Tammareddy Bharadwaja switched on the camera and G Nageswara Reddy directed the first shot.

The makers said that Sandhya is a love story with a message. The shooting will start on 19 February and completed by the March end. Majority of the film will be shot in Vizag. Baladitya is playing a rough character Ganesh Chakravarthy who assisted Keeravani will be making his debut as music director.
