Sashikanth (son of producer Chadalavada Tirupati Rao) has acted in a couple of films earlier which have not become successful. Muhurat of Sashikanth's 4th film was held today at Annapurna studios on the morning of 13th July. Manasa - granddaughter of yesteryears heroine G Varalakshmi - is paired up with Sashikanth in this film. Madhu directs this flick. Chadalavada Padmavathi produces this film on Sri Tirumala Tirupati Venkateswara banner.

RB Chowdary gave clap on the lead pair. Gemini Kiran switched on the camera and K Raghavendra Rao directed the first shot. Hero Sashikant said that he is trying to pick up characters with new characterizations. Villain GV Sudhakar Naidu thanked the director for selecting him as villain without going for Bollywood villains. Chadalavada Tirupati Rao said that he has been making films for the past 25 years. He thanked the entire team for putting the right efforts. Director Madhu said that this film is a violent love story
