Muhurat of Vishnu's latest film in the direction of Suresh Krishna was held at Annapurna studios on the morning of 11th November 2005 in grand style. Bala Krishna and Tennis star Sania Mirza were invited as chief guests for this launch. Bala Krishna sounded the clapboard on Vishnu and Sania Mirza switched on the camera. Producer Raju Harwani's mother performed pooja ceremony. Incidentally, this is the first filmy function attended by Tennis star Sania Mirza.

Writer and actor Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao said, "An incident can change a man's life. Ability to think and reason made scientists like Newton and Archimedes what they were. Hero's character too is like that. This film is an action entertainer with sensible dialogues. It is a tailor made subject for 6-feet youngster like Vishnu. We delivered lots of hits with Suresh Krishna in the past and surely we would repeat it with this film."

Writer Paruchuri Gopala Krishna said, "Vishnu achieved success with his second film Suryam. Vishnu also has lots of understanding about story, screenplay and direction."

Director Suresh Krishna said, "Rayalaseema Ramanna Chowdary is one of the best films I directed. I am happy to work with Mohan Babu's son Vishnu this time. This film would get stardom to Vishnu."

Producer Raju Harwani said that the first schedule would take place till 25th of this month.
