Production number 48 of Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures was launched today at Annapurna studios. This film stars Nagarjuna, Vishnu and Rohini Sahani. P Vasu directs this film. MM Keeravani composes music.

B Gopal, Rajamouli, Seenu Vytla and Paruchuri brothers handed over the script to the director P Vasu. ANR sounded the clapboard on Vishnu. D Rama Naidu switched on the came. K Raghavendra Rao directed the first shot.

Producer Mohan Babu said, “P Vasu is a good friend of me. I always wanted to act in P Vasu direction. I am happy that my son in acting in his film. Vasu is a very good talented director. Lots of his films celebrated jubilees. Hero’s talent would come out if directors like P Vasu directs him. His Chandramukhi is still running. Story of this film extraordinary. Nagarjuna is a very good friend of me and he is doing a full length role in this film. I would like to thank him for this magnanimous gesture. We are introducing Om Prakash as camera man. Directors like Dasari, K Raghavendra Rao and B Gopal worked in our banner. Now P Vasu is also working. This is coming after Dhee. We are going to celebrate 100 days function of Dhee in a grand style on 8 September in Lalitha Kala Thoranam.”

Director P Vasu said, “I knew Mohan Babu right from the days I was studying in school. He always used to ask me to direct his films. Now the combination worked out. Mohan Babu encourages talented people irrespective of their current box office value. I saw Dhee film recently. He has got terrific comedy timing. He is a wonderful actor. MM Keeravani is the one who I like the most after Ilayaraja in music department. I worked with all big heroes in Tamil. I recently worked with Bala Krishna. I am working with Nagarjuna and Vishnu now. Nagarjuna has good judgment on story. This film has family drama with comedy touch. It offers something for everybody.”

Vishnu who never speaks much in press meets said that he is feeling happy to work with Nagarjuna and P Vasu. He hoped that this film would take him to the next level after Dhee.
