Platinum disc function of Teja - Uday Kiran - RP Patnaik's reunion film Avunanna Kadanna was held at Rama Naidu studios on the evening of 29th March by Madhura Entertainments.

Sridhar Reddy (Madhura Entertainments) said that he waited for the audio of Avunanna Kadanna for six months as the project got delayed. When he approached producer Atluri Purnachandra Rao for audio rights of this film, he asked to distribute the audio of Mr & Mrs Sailaja Krishna Murthy. After getting satisfied with Madhura audio company, he gave the rights of Avunanna Kadanna. It feels great to obtain platinum disc for an audio before the film's release.

Music director RP Patnaik said that it feels good to have a genuine platinum disc function. He assured that the film would be liked by everybody who liked the audio.

Hero Uday Kiran thanked producer Atluri Purnachandra Rao and director Teja for giving him an offer when he needed the most. He said that picturization of the songs would be greater than audio.

Producer Purnachandra Rao said that every technician who worked for this film is feeling positive about the outcome of the movie. This film has come out really well.

Director Teja said that he would speak after the film's release.
