Bharat - who directed several films in the past - is currently directing and producing a film titled Cheekatilo (the settlement) with Sai Kumar, Vinod Kumar and Gulabi in the main leads.

A song is currently being shot in Taramati - Baradari Tourism Hotel in Golkonda on Abhinaya Sri, Sai Kumar and Ayyappa Sharma.

Director Bharat said, "80% of the shooting is completed so far. Abhinaya Sri is doing an item song in villain's den set up now. We would be moving to Mahabaleswar on 3rd November to shoot the rest of the film for 10 days. Abhinaya Sri is doing duel roles in this film. Cheekatilo would be hitting the marquee on 23rd of December"
