Lakshmikant Chenna who made his debut as director with Hyderabad Nawabs film is directing another film titled ‘Ninna Nedu Repu’ now with Ravi Krishna (7GBC fame), Akshara (erstwhile Rekha) and Tamanna as the main leads. Nukarapu Surya Prakasa Rao produces this film. Here are the excerpts of the press meet that happened today -
Presenter Kunireddy Srinivasa Reddy said, “Nukarapu Suryaprakasa Rao produces films like Holi, Adirindayya Chandram and Brahmastram in the past. Now we are doing a bilingual film in Telugu and Tamil. We are also doing a Kannada film titled Galipata. The story of this film is different. Anil who scored music for Sambhavami Yugey Yugey is doing music for this film.”
Director Lakshmikanth said, “The story of the film is about how youth are yesterday, today and tomorrow. That is the reason why we titled the film as Ninna Nedu Repu. I hope that this film will be another success for me after Hyderabad Nawabs.”
Hero Ravi Krishna said, “I had been waiting for good scripts after my Jadoo film. And fortunately Lakshmikanth came up with an interesting script.”
Heroine Akshara said, “I rechristened my name as Akshara from Rekha and coming back in Telugu films again. A couple of years back TV9 ran a story that I died. I am currently doing many films in Kannada and ad shoots in Mumbai. This is my comeback film.”
