Gowtam
who directed films like Cheli and Kakha Kakha in the
past and presently direction Gharshana with Venkatesh
as hero is going to direct his second venture with
Prabhas as hero. T Ajay Kumar (son of veteran movie
director Tatineni Rama Rao) and D Raj Varma (son of
producer Pratap Raju) would be jointly producing this
film on Venkateswara Cine Enterprises banner.
A
press conference is being arranged today at Taj Residency
to announce the film. This film would go to floors
after Prabhas completes his film 'Chakram' in the
direction of Krishna Vamsi.
Speaking
on the occasion, Tatineni Rama Rao said that he is
coming to Hyderabad after a gap of 10-12 years. He
entered into film direction with the help of Pratyagatma
in 1964 along with Krishna Raju. He wished that his
son Ajay Kumar and Krishnam Raju's son Prabhas would
carry the legacy.
Krishnam
Raju said that he made friendship with Tatineni Rama
Rao in 1963. And in 1964 both of them made film debuts
under the leadership of exceptionally talented Pratyagatma.
Pratyagatma declared that he was introducing hero
Krishnam Raju who has the qualities of both NTR and
ANR. Krishnam Raju wished that Prabhas and T Ajay
Kumar would make wonders together.
Gowtam
said that it's a huge responsibility to direct a pair
(Prabhas & Trisha) that delivered a hit like Varsham.
Hero
Prabhas said that he was impressed by the Hollywood
style of Gowtam's taking in 'Kakha Kakha' film. Trisha
wished that this film too would become a big hit.
