Impressive moments prevailed at the "Launch of Sneha Geetham Stars" held at Kalamandir Show Room, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, on Wednesday night. Jointly made on Larsco Entertainments and Sri Ramalakshmi Creatons, it is produced by Lagadapati Sridhar in the debut direction of music merchant Sridhar Reddy (of Madhura Entertainments). Producer Dil Raju, popular cinematographer Chota K Naidu, Lagadapati Sridhar, Sridhar Reddy, Zee representative Sanjay, newly selected cast – heroine Sriya Dhanvantari, male leads Sanjay, Venky and Chaitanya – were present.

Filmy attitude must for new comers: Sridhar Reddy
Sridhar Reddy (debut director) said: "We happy that we got tremendous response to our star hunt through our media partners. Over 2000 applications were received and out this huge number, we selected three heroes and one heroine. Two more heroines are to be selected and it will be finished in a couple of weeks. Indian film industry holds the potential for $300 billion. There is huge scope for the new talent and we have launched the star hunt in its true spirit. Those who were selected now are well educated and employed with good companies. Just as they followed professional attitude while seeking jobs, they displayed the same levels of "filmy attitude" resulting in their selection."

Dil Raju is pathfinder for experimenters: Lagadapati
Lagadapati Sridhar said: "Selection of the new star cast is a welcome sign in Telugu film industry. I thank Dil Raju for gracing this occasion. Recently, I heard the songs of Kotha Bangaru Lokam and its songs are absolutely out of the world experience. In fact, he is like pathfinder to the producers and directors who want to make experiments in the film industry. He brought a new meaning to the modern commercial cinema."

Chota K. Naidu said: "Sridhar Reddy is known to me as a perfect planner. I have been observing him ever since the launch of the talent hunt. He did make a perfect planning with superb budget. Other than this, he took care to make the film with complete Telugu stars. These two factors play a very major role in the forthcoming developments in Tollywood." Concluding his speech, he prompted the new star cast to take promise from Dil Raju that he would do the next film with them.

Without talent I can't do it: Dil Raju
Dil Raju said: "Everybody knows that I will support only the Talent. Without talent, I am helpless. If you (the new star cast) could prove yourself in this film Sneha Geetham, definitely I will give you a chance in my film. I suggest you to seriously follow this film career. You have to observe the talent and acting skills of your senior actors. This will help you a lot. These days a number of people are flirting from one production office to the other requesting for film chances. It shows the craze for film acting among the youth. I seriously discourage the youth coming to the films without completing their education. I thank Lagadapati Sridhar for his good words at the music of KBL. He spoke to me for about fifteen minutes praising each lyric. This trend of encouraging the producers by their colleagues is a very rare and pleasant development."

Sriya Dhanvantari said: "I am from the NIT, Warangal. It was through my beautiful mother that I applied for the star hunt. I thank both the Sridhars for their good gesture towards new entrants. I shall do my best."

Sandeep (a Telugu young man and a business administration student from Chennai), Venky (an employee with Gen Securities) and Chaitanya software pro from Hi-tech City) thanked the producer and director for their selection and unanimously said that they were very much passionate about films.
