Success meet of Lawrence‘s Sankranthi release Style was held at Tabla conference hall on the morning of 26th January 2006. This meet was attended by Lagadapati Sridhar, Lawrence, Prabhudeva, Raja, Charmme, Navaneet Kaur, Jayasudha, Dharmavarapu, Pingpong, RP Patnaik, ML Kumar Chowdary and Sridhar Reddy.

Comedian Dharmavarapu Subramanyam said, “Style has novel treatment and new story. Watching Style is a great experience. Producer Lagadapati Sridhar not only good at making films, but also good at promoting films after release. Director Lawrence proved himself as director with Mass and Style.”

I am a great fan of Prabhu Deva - Jaya Sudha
Actress Jayasudha said, “I decided to stop acting in films an year back. But I have an understanding with producer Sridhar for a good cause. When he asked me to act in his film, I asked him if there is any vulgarity in it. I accepted it after getting confirmation that Style film is a clean comedy. I got tremendous job satisfaction in Style film. Producer Sridhar has guts to make a film that is based on dance when the film industry is flooded with love stories. I worked for the first time with Lawrence when he composed dances for a song in Aunty film. Honestly speaking, I am a great fan of Prabhudeva and I find it disappointing to see just one song with Prabhu Deva in Style. I suggest that Sridhar should make another film with the same combination and have more songs for Prabhu Deva in that film. I would also like to congratulate Chiranjeevi for getting Padma Bhushan award.”

6-8 Rhythm made Style songs exciting - RP Patnaik
Music director RP Patnaik said, “There is lot of punch when we score songs on 6-8 rhythm. From ‘Maava Maava’ song to ‘Gajuwaka Pilla’ song, most of the music directors depended on this rhythm. A few songs in this film too have that rhythm and it sound really exciting in the theater. I never expected Lawrence to direct films with such a finesse. Prabhu Deva gave an outstanding performance in this film as an actor.”

Style is the right medicine for the depressed - Raja
Raja describe Style film as a medicine for the depressed people who look for hope. It is like a dream come true to work in a film that boasts off stalwarts like Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Jayasudha, Prabhudeva & Lawrence. The scenes involving Jayasudha are very touching.

Lawrence gave me 2 super hits - Charmme
Heroine Charmme said, “Lawrence narrated this story when I was working for Mass film. Lawrence gave me first super hit in the form of Mass. Now he has given another super hit in the form of Style. Lawrence possess tremendous confidence in him. I would like to thank audience for making this film a big hit.”

Prabhudeva said, “I told Lawrence in the beginning of the shooting that I have not danced for a while and he need to take care of it. When I saw myself on the screen, I was astonished that my song came really well. I got very good applause as an actor with this film.”

Singer Pardha Saradhi said, “I liked Style film because it treats goal to be more important than love. This film is based on the art of dance. If K Viswanath made films like Sirisiri Muvva and Sankarabharanam based on classical dances, Lawrence came up with Style based on modern dances.”

Lagadpati Sridhar is the real hero of Style - Lawrence
Director Lawrence said, “Wednesday is my lucky day as both Mass and Style were released on the same day. I am also happy that Chiranjeevi is conferred with Padma Bhushan today though it has been delayed for years. Prabhudeva got superstardom with his work in Premikudu film and having Prabhudeva in Style helped a lot in generating great openings. Jayasudha took extra care and worked extra hours for this film. Comedy by Dharmavarapu Subramanyam in Style has already become popular. I know the body languages of all heroes and heroines I worked so far and I compose songs as per his/her body language. I can say that Charmme is a great dancer. I would like to give lots of credit to Mani Sharma for scoring excellent music. I feel that producer Lagadapati Sridhar is the real hero of this film. I would like to thank everybody for making Style a big hit.”
