Shoot of Srikanth-Charmme’s new film Kausalya Supraja Rama is finished by 50% with 22 call sheets over. Its current schedule is going on at an indoor set at Ramanaidu Cine village, Hyderabad. Made on Suresh Productions, it is directed by Surya Prasad. D. Ramanaidu is the producer. Koti is the music director. Gauri Mumjal is another female lead. The unit members arranged a media briefing at the venue. The film’s title which was in spread unofficially is officially announced today.

First time with full ease and energy: Srikanth
Hero Srikanth said: “This is my fourth film with Suresh Productions. Earlier three were good hits. My characterization in this film has all the energy, ease and fun. This is first of its kind with maximum flexibility in my career. It is about a youth who is given to helping others beyond his limits. I look forward to do more and more movies with Ramanaidu.”

I couldn’t stop laughing: Charmme
Heroine Charmme said: “This is my first film and dream coming true with Suresh Productions. From the day one, I find myself totally involved in the making. What arrested me much is the narration of the script. If the director put the narration on screen as it is, the film is going to be a blockbuster. I couldn’t stop laughing till he stopped narrating it. I play the role of Supraja, a very homely character, yet naughty and always playing pranks with the hero. We don’t find like doing the shooting, but on a picnic. Kota Srinivas plays my father. Siva Reddy (mimicry) is doing my brother.”

No success, No respect: Ramanaidu
Ramanaidu said: “The current schedule will continue till July 6th. In the second week, we are taking up abroad schedule for canning of songs. After coming back, we will take up the climax part. The first copy is expected in the first week of August. The pucca release date and the audio release would be planned by that time. Two songs were already recorded; and two more, under process. I keep cautioning my artistes and technicians – If there is no success, nobody will care you. I hope they will follow my advice and put their full might for this film.”

Charmme is my product: Director
Director Surya Prasad said: “I started my career as assistant director with Suresh Productions. Ramanaidu is the kind of a person, who keeps his word, come what may. Some time back, he assured me that he would give me a chance as director. Though I was not working for them, he sent me a word, selecting me as director for this film. At present, four films are under productions on SP banner. I want this film to be a winning horse. It is me who introduced Charmme as heroine in Telugu film industry with my film Neeke Manasichhanu.”

LB Sriram felt excited about the film title, saying: “Everybody knows how powerful Lord Venkateshwara is and who’s suprabatham begins with the title. The film is going to be a big hit.”

Parody to Suryah’s Gazhni
Siva Reddy said: “I always enjoyed the special attention of Dr. Ramanaidu not only as an artiste, but as a mimicry artiste. I am doing the role of Ara Gazhni (Half Gazhni). A parody to Suryah’s role in Ghazni, I will be losing memory every half an hour.”

Krishna Bhagwan, Sairabhanu (who plays the side-rung role as Subbulu), Apurva and Hema also spoke on this occasion, thanking producer Ramanaidu for the opportunity to work with their prestigious banner. The cast includes Ali, Tannikella Bharani, Venu Madhav, Uttej and others.
