Yuva Samrat Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’s highly anticipated film Thandel, directed by Chandoo Mondeti, is set to release worldwide on February 7th. Presented by mega producer Allu Aravind and produced by the passionate Bunny Vasu under the prestigious Geetha Arts banner, the trailer and songs have already generated immense buzz and anticipation. Today, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan unveiled the Hindi trailer of the film in Mumbai.

Speaking at the trailer launch event, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan said, "Thank you all for your love. Aravind garu is like an elder brother to me. Thandel is coming on February 7. My son's film is also coming on the same day. But it doesn't matter, I said I will come to the trailer launch of this film. If the story is good, the audience will watch any number of films. I really liked the trailer of Thandel. It is fantastic. The director has shot it very well. The music is fantastic. Actually, I should share this, I really love "Dinka Chika Dinka Chika" song among Devi Sri Prasad's compositions. Basically, I don't like dancing but I will start dancing listening to it.

There are heart touching emotions in the trailer of Thandel. Chaitanya is a fantastic actor and an ideal co-star. Working with him is an amazing experience. He is a good human being. Sai Pallavi is also a very good performer. This film should be a big success. All the very best to the whole team."

Naga Chaitanya said, “I’m someone who believes in sentiments a lot. I remember the film I did with Sai Pallavi, Love Story. Aamir sir watched the trailer and messaged me saying, he liked it. That film became a big hit. Now, Aamir Khan launching the trailer of my film Thandel gave me a lot of confidence. Working for the film Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir was a great experience for me. I learned a lot from him in those six months.

I felt very excited when Chandoo told me the story. It’s a beautiful love story. I went to Srikakulam and met the fishermen there. When I heard the stories they shared, I understood how challenging this film would be for me. Such stories rarely come to actors, and this is a big opportunity for me. I feel very lucky to be a part of this film. Thanks to Allu Arvind garu for trusting me with the character of Thandel Raju. It took me a year and a half to transform into this look. Arvind garu made this film without compromising on anything. 100% Love with Arvind garu was a turning point in my career, and I think ‘Thandel’ will also be another turning point and a huge positive in my career. Chandoo has made a wonderful film. Devi Sri Prasad’s songs have already become chartbusters. Sai Pallavi has given a mind-blowing performance. I hope you all enjoy the film on February 7. Producer Allu Aravind said, "Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan's film, will be released alongside Thandel. Despite that, I wanted a superstar to release my trailer in Mumbai. So, I called him, told him about the trailer launch, and specified the release date. He said, ‘No problem. Both films will do wonderfully at the box office. I’m coming to the event.’ I thank him for his kind heart. Thandel is based on a true story. It’s about fishermen from the coastal area of Vizag who went to Gujarat for fishing, mistakenly crossed the border, and were caught by the Pakistani army and imprisoned. We met and spoke to the real-life people involved. Director Chandoo has crafted this story wonderfully. The prison scenes, village scenes, and love story will impress the audience. Sai Pallavi has performed very well, and Naga Chaitanya has given his career-best performance. His career will be divided into 'before Thandel' and 'after Thandel'. He worked continuously for a year and a half on this film. Devi Sri has given chartbuster music, and all the songs have become superhits. Thanks to the entire team for giving us such a great film."

Director Chandoo Mondeti said, "It’s a great pleasure to share the stage with Aamir Khan. I want to work as an assistant director on Aamir’s films for six months. After that, I’d like to tell him a story. That’s my sincere request (laughs). Thandel is a beautiful love story. What the character Raju did for his people in Karachi will also be very interesting. 'ఏం పర్లేదు.. రెండు సినిమాలు అద్భుతంగా ఆడుతాయి. నేను వస్తున్నాను'అన్నారు. ఆయన కైండ్ హార్ట్ కి థాంక్ యూ. తండేల్ నిజంగా జరిగిన కథ. వైజాగ్ తీర ప్రాంతంలోని కొందరు వ్యక్తులు చేపల వేటకు గుజరాత్ వెళ్లి పొరపాటున బోర్డర్ క్రాస్ చేసి పాక్ సైన్యం చేతిలో చిక్కుకొని జైలు పాలైనవారి కథ. నిజ జీవితంలోని వ్యక్తులని కలసి వారితో మాట్లాడటం జరిగింది. దర్శకుడు చందు ఈ కథని అద్భుతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాడు. జైలు సీన్స్, విలేజ్ సీన్స్, లవ్ స్టొరీ ఆడియన్స్ ని విశేషంగా ఆకట్టుకుంటాయి. సాయి పల్లవి చాలా చక్కగా పెర్ఫార్మ్ చేసింది. నాగ చైతన్య తన కెరీర్ బెస్ట్ పెర్ఫార్మెన్స్ ఇచ్చారు. ఆయన కెరీర్ తండేల్ తర్వాత తండేల్ కి ముందు అన్నట్టుగా వుంటుంది. ఈ సినిమా కోసం ఏడాదిన్నర పాటుగా నిరంతరం కష్టపడ్డారు. దేవిశ్రీ చార్ట్ బస్టర్ మ్యూజిక్ ఇచ్చాడు. పాటలన్నీ సూపర్ హిట్ అయ్యాయి. టీం అందరికీ పేరుపేరునా థాంక్ యూ' అన్నారు.
