Muscat, Oman is hosting the shoot of AK Entertainment’s two productions- Agent and Samajavaragamana. While the filming of a high-octane action sequence of long-in-the-making Agent, an espionage thriller, is underway in Muscat right now, the unit of Samajavaragamana is heading there for the filming of one-and-a-half songs.

“AGENT’s UPDATE: Action shoot going in full swing in Muscat. Agent#28 left to Bengalurru to entertain in CCL on Saturday. Agent merchandise coming soon,” posted producer Anil Sunkara early Saturday. It’s likely that Akhil will join the Muscat schedule next week. Agent, which releases on April 28 later this year and is high on expectations, features newbie Sakshi Vaidya alongside Akhil, while the likes of Mammootty, Dino Morea and Rao Ramesh are playing supporting roles.

On the other hand, the team of Samajavaragamana, headlined by Sri Vishnu and Reba John, will be shooting in Muscat from March 7. The film is director Ram Abbaraju’s second effort after Vivaha Bhojanambu. AK Entertainment’s is producing it in association with Rajesh Danda’s Hasya Movies.
