Big budget and ambitious productions like #NBK109, #RT75 and #VD12 aside, production house Sithara Entertainments along with Fortune Four Cinemas and Srikara Studios are also investing heavily on small films like MAD Square, Allari Naresh’s next, Ashok Galla’s next with actor-turned-director Udhbav Raghu, Anand Deverakonda’s next with his Middle Class Melodies director Vinod Anantoju and Sree Vishnu’s next with Swathi Muthyam director Lakshman K Krishna.
And now we’ve exclusively learnt they’ve added one more project to the list. It will be directed by Aditya Haasan, who made a splash with 90's - A Middle Class Biopic, earlier this year, while Anand Deverakonda will spearhead it as an actor. This will be Anand’s second collaboration with Sithara and their partners even before his first venture with them, an untitled raw action drama, hits the ground running.
A source close to the development tells us, “Aditya’s flick with Anand will be a beautiful love story, which is like an extension of his acclaimed and well-received series 90's - A Middle Class Biopic. The relatability factor of the story will give it a fresh feeling to the audience. As a matter of fact, it will resonate more with youngsters pursuing education abroad and settled there. The script has been locked.”
The source adds the makers have set the wheels in motion recently with the prep work set to begin next month. The intention is to take the as-yet-untitled film in front of the cameras sometime next year.
