Production house SVCC on Friday dropped the teaser of Nikhil Siddhartha-fronted Appudo Ippudo Eppudo and it is thrilling, intense and replete with a dash of romance and a touch of humour.

A little over one minute, the teaser opens with the visuals of a race track before we are introduced to our protagonist Rishi (Nikhil) who is a racer. He dreams of travelling around the world after marrying a blonde in London. However, he falls for a Hyderabadi girl (Rukmini Vasanth in her Telugu debut) and they end up in London. As their romantic journey begins, Rukmini asks Rishi whether he knows Chitra (Divyansha Kaushik), who is her best friend. Rishi gets the shock of his life when Rukmini pops up this question. Turns out, he has a past with Chitra. We are later introduced to the characters of John Vijay and Ajay and the rest of the teaser is dotted with action. It concludes on a funny note with Rishi saying that 90 percent of boys across the world take to alcohol due to girls.

Summing up, the teaser effectively balances revealing just enough to intrigue viewers while keeping the conflict under wraps. It is expected to deliver a taut, suspense-filled crime thriller that will keep audiences guessing until the very end. The humour is bonus (Harsha Chemudu seems to be in fine form). The lead cast is on point while Sunny MR’s background score is in tune with the different beats of the teaser.

Produced by BVSN Prasad and directed by Sudheer Varma, Appudo Ippudo Eppudo is slated to open in cinemas on November 8th. The film marks Nikhil and Sudheer teaming up for the third time after successful ventures like Swamy Ra Ra and Keshava.
