At the 71st National Film Awards ceremony held grandly in New Delhi, director Sai Rajesh and singer PVNS Rohit received the honors for the Telugu film Baby from President Droupadi Murmu.

Sai Rajesh won the Best Screenplay Writer Award for beautifully crafting the heart-touching love story. PVNS Rohit won the Best Singer Award for his soulful rendition of the song Premisthunna. With these two national awards, Baby has further elevated the recognition of Telugu cinema across the country.
Starring Anand Deverakonda, Viraj Ashwin, and Vaishnavi Chaitanya, the film was produced by SKN under the Mass Movie Makers banner and directed by Sai Rajesh. It became a cult blockbuster, winning audiences’ hearts and grossing over ₹100 crores at the box office. Currently, Baby is also being remade in Hindi.

71వ జాతీయ చలన చిత్ర అవార్డుల ప్రదానోత్సవ కార్యక్రమం ఢిల్లీలో వైభవంగా జరిగింది. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొని రాష్ట్రపతి ద్రౌపతి ముర్ము చేతుల మీదుగా "బేబి" సినిమాకు ఉత్తమ స్క్రీన్ ప్లే విభాగంలో డైరెక్టర్ సాయి రాజేశ్, ఉత్తమ గాయకుడిగా పీవీఎన్ ఎస్ రోహిత్ నేషనల్ అవార్డ్స్ స్వీకరించారు. హృద్యమైన ప్రేమ కథను తన స్క్రీన్ ప్లేలో అందంగా మలచిన సాయి రాజేశ్ బెస్ట్ స్క్రీన్ ప్లే రైటర్ గా, ప్రేమిస్తున్నా అనే పాటను మనసుకు హత్తుకునేలా పాడిన సింగర్ పీవీఎన్ ఎస్ రోహిత్ బెస్ట్ సింగర్ గా నేషనల్ అవార్డ్స్ తీసుకున్నారు. రెండు జాతీయ అవార్డ్స్ సాధించి తెలుగు సినీ పరిశ్రమ ఖ్యాతిని దేశవ్యాప్తంగా మరింతగా పెంచారు "బేబి" సినిమా టీమ్.
ఆనంద్ దేవరకొండ, విరాజ్ అశ్విన్, వైష్ణవి చైతన్య ప్రధాన పాత్రల్లో మాస్ మూవీ మేకర్స్ బ్యానర్ పై ఎస్ కేఎన్ నిర్మాణంలో దర్శకుడు సాయి రాజేశ్ "బేబి" చిత్రాన్ని రూపొందించారు. కల్ట్ బ్లాక్ బస్టర్ గా ప్రేక్షకుల మనసుల్ని గెల్చుకున్న ఈ సినిమా... బాక్సాఫీస్ వద్ద 100 కోట్ల గ్రాసర్ గా నిలిచింది. ప్రస్తుతం "బేబి" సినిమా హిందీలో రీమేక్ అవుతోంది.
