Kiran Abbavaram's upcoming film Chennai Love Story is making a strong impact with its impressive pre-release business. Scheduled for a grand theatrical release on July 24th, the film has reportedly secured over ₹35 crore through its theatrical and non-theatrical rights. Compared to the business generated by Kiran Abbavaram's previous films, Chennai Love Story has significantly elevated his market value in trade circles.

From the time of its announcement, Chennai Love Story has attracted the attention of both audiences and the trade. The association with the makers of the cult blockbuster Baby has played a key role in boosting the film's business prospects. Producers SKN and Sai Rajesh have mounted the film on a grand scale with high production values and have left no stone unturned in promoting it extensively, creating considerable excitement among moviegoers.

Music director Mani Sharma's soundtrack has emerged as a major highlight, with all four songs released so far becoming chartbusters and receiving an overwhelming response.
