Megastar Chiranjeevi on Sunday termed Deputy CM of AP, Pawan Kalyan and Global star Ram Charan as his achievements. “Pawan Kalyan is my achievement. Ram Charan is my achievement. The other kids in the family are my achievements too. Seeing them, I feel this is what I achieved,” the megastar exulted. He was speaking at the closing ceremony of APTA Katalyst - Global Business Conference in Hyderabad.
He added, “Recently when Pawan Kalyan came to home, he said, ‘Annaya you used to say something, do you remember?’ When I asked what I said, he reminded me, ‘There are so many actors in our family. I got an opportunity due to God’s blessings. It shouldn’t stop with me. Our family should like The Raj Kapoor family’. He later said, ‘Your statement worked like a mantra and our family has close to 10 actors. It’s because of the power of your words. You say with honesty, conviction and positivity.’ When Pawan reminded me of these statements I felt, ‘Yeah’. Later a magazine published an article dubbing the mega family as ‘The Kapoor family of the south’. I immediately remembered God, people and the fans who’ve encouraged us to achieve our goals and be in a place where we are today.”
Conceptualized and curated by American Progressive Telugu Association (APTA), which was founded in 2008, has extended scholarships worth Rs 14 crore to over 12,000 Indian students pursuing their dreams in the US. The association has also supported parental healthcare for NRIs and has been actively involved in business forums, helping to expand the entrepreneurial community.
