After intriguing audiences with its title glimpse followed by first single, the makers of Comrade Kalyan have now unveiled the film's second musical offering, Intha Istamaa. Starring Sree Vishnu and Mahima Nambiar, the period action entertainer is directed by Janakiram Marella, presented by Kona Venkat, and produced by Venkata Krishna Karnati and Seetha Karnati under the Skanda Vahana Motion Pictures LLP banner.
Vijay Bulganin scored an enchanting melody that beautifully captures the emotions shared by the lead pair. The song portrays a young woman deeply touched by the unconditional love and affection showered on her by the protagonist, as she gradually opens her heart and reciprocates his feelings.
Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar's evocative lyrics lend poetic depth to this tender love story, while Ram Miriyala and Lipsika breathe life into the composition with their soulful vocals. Adding to its charm, the song is brought alive through visually captivating frames and the sparkling on-screen chemistry between Sree Vishnu and Mahima Nambiar, making it a delightful romantic watch.
Set in the volatile Andhra–Odisha border region of 1992, Comrade Kalyan weaves together action, heartfelt emotions, and a touching love story. The film's first single introduces the blossoming romance between the protagonists, capturing the innocence of young love that transcends cultural boundaries.
The film also features Radhika Sarathkumar, Shine Tom Chacko, and Upendra Limaye in pivotal roles.
Sai Sriram handles the cinematography, while Chota K Prasad oversees the editing, complementing Vijay Bulganin's musical score.
