The teaser of Satyadev’s next, Full Bottle, which marks him reteaming up with his Thimmarasu director Sharan Koppisetty, was released by Vijay Deverakonda on Twitter on Saturday. “Happy to launch this Crazy Teaser of #FullBottle #MercurySoori looks Wild, Wacky-Knacky & Mass @ActorSatyadev Wishing you & the whole team All the best,” wrote Deverakonda while attaching a link.
Playing out over one minute and 36 seconds, the teaser introduces Satyadev as Mercury Soori who is eccentric, wild and dirty. The setting is Kakinada. Alcohol is his companion and he is sloshed most of the time. When the heroine played by Sanjana Anand comes to seek his aid, Soori, mimicking Balayya, who is his favourite hero in the film, to perfection, says, ‘Balayya babu fans ikkada. Brahma muhurtham lo legusttham’. Brahmaji is his uncle and the scenes between them are hilarious to say the least. As the teaser unfolds, Soori seems to get himself entangled in a crime, which leads him to go behind the bars. While it offers very little to decipher the conflict that drives the narrative forward, choosing to play instead around the characterization of Soori more, it sure seems to be the funniest film of the season as the makers are indicating it so, with Satya playing a role he hitherto played and seeming to have a ball at it.
Also featuring Sai Kumar, Sunil, Raasi and Harsha Chemudu in supporting roles, Full Bottle is a joint production venture between Ramanjaneyulu Javvaji and SD Company, while Smaran Sai has composed the music.
