The fresh schedule of global star Ram Charan-starrer Game Changer, directed by Shankar, began last Saturday in Rajahmundry, with the director filming on Charan, Sunil and Raghu Karumanchi.

We’ve now learnt that after shooting for a couple of days during day time, the call sheets have shifted to night time. “Shankar shot in Peravaram, Bobbarlanka over the weekend. The shoot shifted to Pandalaparru, West Godavari district from Monday evening. Charan, Sunil and Naveen Chandra are participating in this leg. After completing tonight’s part, Charan will travel to Kesarapalli IT Park near the Gannavaram airport tomorrow morning and join his dad Chiranjeevi, mother Surekha and sister Sreeja to attend the swearing-in ceremony of N Chandrababu Naidu as AP chief minister. He will report back to sets later in the evening,” reveals a source.

Post the Godavari districts leg, Shankar is planning to shoot in Vizag for a day on June 14. “One-two days shoot in Hyderabad later will call it a wrap for Charan’s portions in the film. The makers are keen on this to happen this month itself so that the actor will dive into his next with Buchi Babu immediately. After Charan completes his portions for Game Changer, Shankar will be left with 20-25 days to complete the entire shoot part,” adds the source.

Game Changer’s story revolves around an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer (played by Charan) who strives to combat corrupt politicians by advocating for fair elections to transform the way government works. Produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film, also featuring Kiara Advani, Srikanth, Anjali, Jayaram, SJ Suryah, Pridhvi, Vennela Kishore, Satya and Priyadarshi, is a Thaman musical.
