Jaragandi, jaragandi, jaragandi. The anticipated trailer of global star Ram Charan-starrer Game Changer is here and it is 2: 40 minutes of pure jaw-drop, promising a scintillating ride packed with action and emotion.
The trailer opens with drone shots of large public gatherings before we are introduced to IAS officer Ram Nandan (played by Ram Charan) who seizes massive tons of PDS rice. He is also on duty when it comes to keeping a tab on the sand mafia; you can’t escape from his watch. He is playing dual roles-- of father and a son, with three different shades. There’s a point in the trailer where he is also shown as an IPS officer. Boy, he simply aces the look. Betcha his lady fans will swoon over him. The senior RC is introduced as a man bound with ethics who wants to usher in a change in society with clean politics. We also get a glimpse of Sunil and Vennela Kishore and they seem to add humour in the film. Kiara seems to be playing a no nonsense woman. Anjali’s got a meatier part from the looks of it. The trailer weaves snippets of her beautiful bond with senior RC. Things turn ugly when SJ Suryah as Bobbili Mopidevi enters the frame at halfway. He seems to be eyeing the post of AP CM but Ram Nandan is in his way. Their face-offs seem to form the crux of the story.
Rounding up, the trailer meets the expectations and it is a Ram Charan show all the way. The electrifying background score by Thaman perfectly complements the adrenaline-charged and rich visuals, building up intrigue with every frame. The action is set on an epic scale, synonymous with Shankar’s films. There’s explosions, helicopter shots and what not, promising a complete dose of entertainment this festive season.
Directed by S Shankar and produced by Dil Raju, Sirish and Adityaram, the film will vroom into theatres on January 10. The game has just begun!
