The latest poster of "I Am Game", one of the most eagerly awaited films among Malayalam audiences, has been unveiled. The newly released poster presents Dulquer Salmaan in an exceptionally stylish avatar, further heightening anticipation for the film. The release date had been announced earlier, and the movie is set for a worldwide theatrical release as an Onam special on August 20, 2026. Post-production work on the film is currently underway.
Produced by Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films, this big-budget action thriller is being touted as the biggest film of his career to date. The film is directed by Nahas Hidayath and produced by Dulquer Salmaan and Jom Varghese under the Wayfarer Films banner. The screenplay has been written by Shahabas Rasheed and Adarsh Sukumaran.
Shot across more than a hundred locations in South India, "I Am Game" is among the most anticipated upcoming Malayalam films. The movie is gearing up to become one of the biggest releases in Malayalam cinema. Positioned as one of the industry's largest productions, the film showcases Dulquer Salmaan in what is being described as his most stylish and mass-appeal look yet. "I Am Game" also marks Wayfarer Films' next major release following the mega-blockbuster Lokha.
The film's first-look and second-look posters received a tremendous response on social media. Arriving as Dulquer Salmaan's 40th film, this high-octane action thriller features an ensemble cast including Antony Varghese, Mysskin, Kayadu Lohar, Kathir, Parth Tiwari, and Samyuktha Viswanathan. The music is composed by Jakes Bejoy, while the action sequences are choreographed by Anbariv.
"I Am Game" is also Nahas Hidayath's next directorial venture after the blockbuster hit "RDX". The film will be released as a pan-Indian venture in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada.
