Carrying forward the legacy of the Manchu family, young Avram Manchu is making his debut as Jr Thinnadu in the highly anticipated pan-India epic, Kannappa. This film, the dream project of Vishnu Manchu, recently unveiled its trailer to an overwhelmingly positive response from audiences and critics alike. The trailer opens with the glimpses of Thinnadu’s childhood, showcasing Avram’s performance, which has already won many hearts.
To further build anticipation, the makers released a making video, offering a behind-the-scenes look at Avram’s journey into the character. From his physical transformation and training sessions to his on-set performances, the video gives a touching insight into his dedication and discipline at such a young age. What stood out most was Avram’s display of humility and respect, values clearly instilled in him by his family. He is seen seeking blessings from the film’s director, the action choreographer, and notably his grandfather, actor-producer Mohan Babu.

Shot primarily in the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand, the behind-the-scenes footage also highlights the film’s ambitious scale and visual richness.
Vishnu Manchu’s daughters, Ariaana and Viviana, also play roles in the film. The star-studded cast includes powerhouses such as Mohan Babu, Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal, Preity Mukundan, Kajal Aggarwal, Sarathkumar, and Arpit Ranka.
Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh and produced by Mohan Babu under the banners of AVA Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory, Kannappa is slated for a grand theatrical release on June 27.
