Allari Naresh is doing a film titled Laddu Babu in which he is playing the role of an obese guy. Director Ravi Babu who launched Naresh with Allari film is directing it. Ravi Babu is known for doing films of different genre. He has taken the help of Hollywood technicians to do prosthetic makeup for Naresh. This film is being produced by Rajendra Tripuraneni (son of veteran writer Tripuraneni Maharadhi). Chakri composes music and Sudhakar Reddy handles camera.
