Director Abhishek Nama’s most ambitious project Nagabandham: The Secret Treasure starring Virat Karrna is being mounted on a lavish scale, blending mythology, history, and action with a strong emotional and cultural foundation. The buzz around the movie continues to grow as the makers prepare to unveil the film’s much-awaited second single, “Sura Sura” (Telugu), on April 19th. Following the strong response to its initial promotional content, the film is steadily building solid momentum among audiences.
Sura Sura is conceived as a vibrant wedding celebration number, capturing the joy, color, and festive spirit of a traditional occasion. Backed by grand visuals, large-scale staging, and energetic performances, the song is expected to stand out as a major visual and musical highlight.
The track is composed by the duo Junaid Kumar and Abhe, who fuse folk elements with cinematic orchestration to craft a lively festive anthem. Choreography is handled by Ganesh Acharya, whose signature mass style and expansive compositions are set to amplify the celebratory mood on screen.
The song features an impressive lineup of singers including Anurag Kulkarni, Kaala Bhairava, Mangli, Sahithi Chaganti, Kanakavva, and Nalgonda Gaddar. Lyrics by Kasarla Shyam reflect themes of celebration, tradition, and togetherness, perfectly matching the song’s festive tone.
The film has already struck a chord with its first glimpse and the devotional track Namo Re, which emerged as a chartbuster. With Sura Sura bringing in a completely different celebratory vibe, the album is shaping up to be both diverse and impactful.
Produced by Kishore Annapureddy and Nishitha Nagi Reddy under NIK Studios, in association with Abhishek Pictures, the film features a strong ensemble cast including Nabha Natesh, Iswarya Menon, Rishabh Sawhney, Jagapathi Babu, Garuda Ram, Mahesh Manjrekar, Jayaprakash, Murali Sharma, Anasuya Bharadwaj, and B. S. Avinash among others.
With its grand wedding theme, colorful energy, and large-scale choreography, Sura Sura promises a festive treat. April 19 marks the beginning of the celebration- and the world of Nagabandham is ready to dance.
