Nandamuri Balakrishna, who unveiled the trailer of Vishwak Sen-starrer Dhamki in Hyderabad on Friday, described it as “magnificent”. Lauding Vishwak, the veteran said, “He has overcome many obstacles to make Dhamki. The audiences always encourage new themes and they will lap up Dhamki as well. In his career so far, Vishwak has directed and produced as well besides acting. It’s a rare occurrence in the present generation. He led his team by leading from the front. He seems to have extracted beautiful performances from his actors going by the trailer.”

Clearly impressed with Vishwak directing Dhamki, Balayya pointed out, “Even I thought of directing a film but I couldn’t do it. It was Narthanasala. I couldn’t attempt it later due to my schedule. Nor could I crack other subjects (to direct).”

When the fans at AMB Cinemas– where the event was held– wanted to know when he would slide behind the camera, he stated, “It’s there. Aditya 999 Max. It will happen next year.”
