The makers of Varun Sandesh-starrer Nindha on Thursday dropped the teaser and it is all kinds of gripping. Made on The Fervent Indie Productions, it is written, produced and directed by Rajesh Jagannadham.
Over one-minute long, the teaser opens with Tanikella Bharani who says, “Jeevithamlo konni sarlu thappani thelisina, cheyyaka thappadu (At times in life, we have to associate with some actions knowing it's wrong).” We are later introduced to our protagonist Varun who is pondering over something before he approaches a police station in AP. The director also shows glimpses of characters like Surya, Mime Madhu, Annie etc. The teaser is also peppered with a love story involving a young couple. While the director doesn’t give much in terms of the plot, he, however, manages to create a sense of intrigue and suspense.
Overall, while nothing much happens in the teaser, which may be the director’s ploy, it sure promises a slow-burn thriller that captivates audiences through gradual tension buildup. Varun Sandesh seems to be playing a serious role, while the background score by Santhu Omkar amps up the mystery. Ramiz Naveeth’s intense cinematography adds to the overall charm of the teaser.
Also featuring Shreya Rani Reddy, Madhu, Sreeram Siddharth Krishna, Rajkumar Kurra and Durga Abhishek, Nindha has no release date attached to it yet.
