Looks like Nithiin is in a hurry. Presently filming for writer Vakkantam Vamsi’s second directorial effort, the actor has his Bheeshma director Venky Kudumula waiting in the wings for him up next. Now, our sources tell us that he has green-lit one more project. Sliding behind the camera for it is Vakeel Saab director Venu Sriram.

Sriram has been waiting for a long time to get his next going after Vakeel Saab. His proposed project with Allu Arjun, Icon, has been put on the back burner for time being; while he went on to narrate scripts to Shahid Kapoor and Akhil Akkineni without much success. “Finally, he got the nod of Nithiin. The project is most likely to be launched on the auspicious occasion of Telugu New Year, Ugadi, later this month. It is a family entertainer with a touch of romance, action and comedy,” a source informs us exclusively.

The source goes on to add that Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations will be executing the project. It would be Raju’s third association with Nithiin after Dil and the damp squib Srinivasa Kalyanam. “The yet-untitled film will roll later this summer. Nithiin will be juggling between the sets of this film and Kudumula’s film, which Mythri Movie Makers is producing,” the source concludes.
