Updates continue to galore from production DVV Entertainment with regards to Pawan Kalyan-starrer They Call Him OG. On the heels of announcing the inclusion of Khaidi and Buttabomma fame Arjun Das for a crucial role in the film, the makers on Tuesday announced that Pogaru fame Sriya Reddy is now a part of the film.

“Welcome aboard, @SriyaReddy! Your presence in #OG will be a shocker and a banger,” the production house wrote on Tuesday noon.

The actress, who took a long break from acting after 2008 release Kanchivaram, has been on a roll of late. She received encomiums for her turn as a cop in Pushkar-Gayatri’s Suzhal: The Vortex, which dropped on Amazon Prime Video last year. She is staging a comeback to feature films with Prabhas-starrer Salaar, which she wrapped up recently.

Meanwhile, OG is filming in Hyderabad. We hear a night schedule is in progress. With Pawan busy with his political commitments in AP, director Sujeeth is filming on other actors. A gangster drama, OG, with music by S Thaman and cinematography by Ravi K Chandran, is likely to release by the end of this year. Malayalam beauty Priyanka Arul Mohan is cast opposite Pawan in the flick.
