Mega Power Star Ram Charan is occupied with the shoot for his most-anticipated Pan-India film Peddi, and the momentum just keeps building. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film is shaping up to be a cinematic spectacle, with Ram Charan pushing every limit, from extreme physical transformations to intense prep, to bring a never-before-seen character to life. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, and prestigiously presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, Peddi is being mounted on a grand scale, matching the massive expectations set by the first glimpse.

In an exciting update, the makers have unveiled promo of first single- Chakiri Chakiri. The promo opens with director Buchi Babu Sana sharing his admiration and respect for the Academy Award-winning composer AR Rahman before narrating the unique context of the song. He describes how the protagonist, who dwells amidst the hills, is instantly captivated upon seeing a girl, an emotion that bursts into vibrant rhythm and celebration.

Interestingly, the hero affectionately refers to girls as Chakiri, and that charming trait forms the soul of this lively track. The promo offers an electrifying glimpse of Ram Charan unleashing his signature dance flair, perfectly synced to Rahman’s infectious and high-voltage composition. The beat radiates energy, hinting at a full-blown visual and musical feast ahead. Ram Charan sports a mass and rustic look and the hook step is a treat to watch.

With Chikiri Chikiri’s lyrical video set to release on November 7th, music lovers can brace for a musical storm. The concept video has already made waves with its fresh and captivating idea, leaving a strong impression on audiences. The promo, too, has raised expectations, not just for the song, but for the entire movie album. It is turning out to be one of the most anticipated albums of the season. Buchi Babu Sana once again proves his impeccable taste in music and his knack for promoting songs with style.

Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor plays Charan’s Chakiri in the movie that stars Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar in a powerful supporting role. The ensemble cast includes Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma in prominent roles.

Technically, Peddi boasts top-tier talent, including celebrated cinematographer R Rathnavelu behind the lens and National Award-winning editor Navin Nooli at the editing desk.

Peddi is slated for a Pan-India theatrical release on March 27, 2026, coinciding with Ram Charan’s birthday.
