Having introduced bright talents like Gowtam Tinnanuri, Swaroop RSJ and Sai Kiran in the last six years, producer Rahul Yadav Nakka is launching one more director–Sankalp Gora–with his next production under his banner Swadharm Entertainment. He tells idlebrain.com, “The film in question is a proper family drama. Set in the backdrop of a dysfunctional family– a single mother and her two offsprings–the film explores today’s social media and family dynamics.”

Rahul is looking to finalize the cast and crew by August so that he can devote September and October for solid pre-production before diving into production in November.

This untitled film will be Rahul’s third project for the year after Vibe, starring Sundeep Kishan and Brahma Anandam, starring Brahmanandam and Raja Gowtam. For someone who took his own sweet time to churn out the three successful films he’s produced so far, he seems to have shifted gears. So, what prompted the change? He answers, “Many people complained to me, saying I’m taking a lot of time to make one single film. Also, the money you make from your previous film is getting over by the time you make your next. So, I’m unable to save money as well (laughs). I’ve realized how to use time more efficiently. I haven’t attained 55 or 60 years to do films at a leisure pace. Right now I have a good team. There are four-five people who are helping me with many things. Back then I used to do everything on my own with the help of a friend. I can now look at the creative side, while other things can be taken care of.”
