Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana Unveils Rangulu Ranguley song.Bringing Rama and Sita’s Love Story to Audiences NationwideFeaturing vocals by Raghav Kaushik and Vaishali Samant in Telugu, with musiccomposed by A. R. Rahman and lyrics adapted by Rakendu Mouli.

The world of Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana unfolds through another musical offering, Rangulu Ranguley, which brings Lord Rama and Maa Sita into focus through a series of beautiful visuals capturing their journey together.

The song brings together striking landscapes, majesticpalace settings and glimpses of the couple’s wedding, offering a look at the beauty and emotional depth of their relationship.

Featuring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Sai Pallavi as Maa Sita, the song is now available on the official YouTube channels of World of Ramayana and T-Series and streaming on all platforms. Released simultaneously across Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamiland Malayalam, Rangulu Ranguley brings the musical experience to audiences acrosslanguages. It moves through different moments in their journey, from the grandeur of thepalace and the sacredness of their wedding to their life beyond Ayodhya. Scenes featuringRama with his bow and arrow and sword add to the visual appeal, while the expansivelandscapes establish the world in which their story unfolds.

Beyond the scale of its settings, Rangulu Ranguley also offers glimpses of the bond betweenRama and Sita. Their wedding sequences capture the joy and sanctity of their union, whilethe visuals from their journey into Vanvas bring a different dimension to their relationship.

Away from the grandeur of the palace, these moments offer a more intimate look at thecouple as they embark on a life shaped by duty, faith and togetherness.

The song brings together an accomplished musical collaboration, with A. R. Rahmancomposing the music and Dr. Kumar Vishwas penning the Hindi lyrics. Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal lend their voices to the Hindi version, while each language features its own vocalists and lyricist, bringing the song’s emotional core to audiences across the country.The Telugu version features Raghav Kaushik and Vaishali Samant, with lyrics by Rakendu Mouli.

Speaking about composing the music for Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana and bringingthe love story of Rama and Sita to life through Rangulu Ranguley, A. R. Rahman says, “Ramayana is a story that has lived in the hearts of people for generations, and approachingit through music was a very special experience for me. There is a certain purity andtenderness in the relationship between Rama and Sita that I wanted the music to hold on to.With Rangulu Ranguley, I hope listeners feel that warmth and devotion, and find somethingpersonal in the melody. Some stories don't need to be explained; they simply need to be felt.”

Speaking about the opportunity to be part of Ramayana through the Telugu version Vaishali Samant says,“Being part of Rangulu Ranguley has been a very special experience. Rama and Sita’srelationship carries so much love, trust and devotion, and there is a beautiful gentleness tothe way their story unfolds in this song. I approached it with a lot of emotion, hoping to dojustice to the feeling at its heart. To be able to share this story with Telugu-speakingaudiences through music is something I feel very fortunate about.”

Dr Kumar Vishwas on penning the lyrics of Mangal Rang for Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana:I sat down several times to write a song celebrating the divine wedding of Shri Ram. Yet,every time I wrote a couple of lines and revisited them, I felt that the grandeur of the weddingof the ParamPita must have been a thousand times greater than anything I could expressthrough my words. Eventually, when I found myself unable to feel satisfied with my ownwriting, I turned to Maa Saraswati in prayer. Whatever this composition has become, Ibelieve it is her creation.

The bond between Shri Ram and Mata Sita transcends lifetimes; it can never be confined toa single Yuga. Shri Ram incarnated in the Suryavansh, while Mata Sita emerged fromMother Earth. The Sun symbolizes royal power and sovereignty, its radiance illuminating theEarth. The Earth, in turn, represents the power of agriculture and nourishment, receiving theSun’s light and transforming it into food, greenery, and life itself. Their union, therefore, is notmerely inevitable; it is fundamental to the very continuity of life.

The coming together of these celebrated artistes across five languages adds anothermusical dimension to the film, complementing the visuals and the emotional journey of Ramaand Sita while allowing audiences across regions to experience the song in their ownlanguage.

Bringing one of the world’s most revered epics to the big screen, Ramayana features RanbirKapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Rocking Star Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol asHanuman and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios incollaboration with 8-time Oscar-winning DNEG and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations,Ramayana is envisioned as a two-part epic. Part 1 will release worldwide on 5 November2026, followed by Part 2 in Diwali 2027, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalamacross India. The film will release in IMAX, with Sony Pictures distributing it globally,excluding India, while Dharma Productions will distribute the film in the Hindi-speakingmarket.The songs are released under the T-Series label.

నమిత్ మల్హోత్రా ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మకంగా తెరకెక్కిస్తున్న ‘రామాయణం’ నుంచి మరో అందమైన సంగీత కానుక ‘రంగులు రంగులే’ పాట విడుదలైంది. శ్రీరాముడు, సీతమ్మ ప్రేమకథను అద్భుతమైన విజువల్స్‌తో ఆవిష్కరిస్తూ, వారి ప్రయాణంలోని మధురమైన క్షణాలను ఈ పాటలో చూపించారు. తెలుగులో రాఘవ్ కౌశిక్, వైశాలి సామంత్ తమ గాత్రాన్ని అందించగా, ఏ.ఆర్. రెహమాన్ సంగీతం సమకూర్చారు. రాకేందు మౌళి తెలుగు సాహిత్యాన్ని అందించారు.

రాజప్రాసాదాల వైభవం, పవిత్రమైన వివాహ వేడుకలు, అయోధ్యను దాటి సాగిన ప్రయాణం.. ఇలా శ్రీరాముడు, సీతమ్మ జీవితంలోని వివిధ ఘట్టాలను ఈ పాటలో చూపించారు. విల్లు, బాణం, ఖడ్గంతో కనిపించే శ్రీరాముడి దృశ్యాలు విజువల్స్‌కు మరింత ఆకర్షణను తీసుకొచ్చాయి. విశాలమైన ప్రకృతి దృశ్యాలు వారి కథ సాగిన ప్రపంచాన్ని అద్భుతంగా ఆవిష్కరించాయి.

‘రామాయణం’కు సంగీతం అందించడం గురించి ఏ.ఆర్. రెహమాన్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. “రామాయణం తరతరాలుగా ప్రజల హృదయాల్లో జీవిస్తున్న కథ. అలాంటి కథను సంగీతం ద్వారా ఆవిష్కరించడం నాకు ఎంతో ప్రత్యేకమైన అనుభవం. శ్రీరాముడు, సీతమ్మ మధ్య ఉన్న బంధంలో ఒక స్వచ్ఛత, సున్నితత్వం ఉన్నాయి. ఆ భావాలను సంగీతంలో ప్రతిబింబించాలని అనుకున్నాను. ‘రంగులు రంగులే’ పాటను వింటున్నప్పుడు ప్రేక్షకులు ఆనందాన్ని, భక్తిభావాన్ని అనుభూతి చెందుతారని ఆశిస్తున్నాను. ఈ మెలోడీలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ తమకు సంబంధించిన ఓ వ్యక్తిగత అనుభూతిని కనుగొంటారని భావిస్తున్నాను. కొన్ని కథలను వివరించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.. వాటిని మనసుతో అనుభూతి చెందితే చాలు” అన్నారు.

వైశాలి సామంత్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. “‘రంగులు రంగులే’ పాటలో భాగం కావడం నాకు చాలా ప్రత్యేకమైన అనుభవం. శ్రీరాముడు, సీతమ్మ బంధంలో ఎంతో ప్రేమ, నమ్మకం, భక్తి ఉన్నాయి. ఈ పాటలో వారి కథ సాగిన తీరు ఎంతో సున్నితంగా, అందంగా ఉంది. పాటలోని అసలైన భావాన్ని ప్రేక్షకులకు అందించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో ఎంతో భావోద్వేగంతో పాడాను. సంగీతం ద్వారా ఈ కథను తెలుగు ప్రేక్షకులతో పంచుకునే అవకాశం రావడం నా అదృష్టంగా భావిస్తున్నాను”

‘రామాయణం’లో ‘మంగళ్ రంగ్’ పాటకు సాహిత్యం అందించడం గురించి డాక్టర్ కుమార్ విశ్వాస్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. “శ్రీరాముడి దివ్య వివాహాన్ని కీర్తిస్తూ ఒక పాట రాయడానికి నేను చాలాసార్లు ప్రయత్నించాను. ప్రతిసారీ కొన్ని పంక్తులు రాసి, వాటిని మళ్లీ చదివినప్పుడు.. వివాహ వైభవం నేను నా పదాలతో వ్యక్తం చేయగలిగిన దానికంటే వెయ్యి రెట్లు గొప్పగా ఉంటుందనిపించేది. చివరకు నా రచనతో నాకు సంతృప్తి కలగనప్పుడు, మా సరస్వతీ మాతను ప్రార్థించాను. ఈ పాట ఇప్పుడు ఏ రూపంలో ఉందో, అది ఆమె సృష్టిగానే భావిస్తున్నాను.

శ్రీరాముడు, సీతమ్మ మధ్య బంధం అనేక జన్మలకు అతీతమైనది. దాన్ని ఒక్క యుగానికే పరిమితం చేయలేం. శ్రీరాముడు సూర్యవంశంలో అవతరించగా, సీతమ్మ భూమాత నుంచి ఉద్భవించారు. సూర్యుడు రాజశక్తికి, సార్వభౌమత్వానికి ప్రతీక. ఆయన కాంతి భూమిని ప్రకాశింపజేస్తుంది. భూమి వ్యవసాయం, పోషణకు ప్రతీకగా నిలుస్తుంది. సూర్యుడి కాంతిని స్వీకరించి ఆహారం, పచ్చదనం, జీవాన్ని అందిస్తుంది. అందుకే వారి కలయిక అనివార్యమైనదే కాదు.. జీవన కొనసాగింపునకు అత్యంత ప్రాథమికమైనది” అని వివరించారు.

ఐదు భాషల్లో ప్రముఖ గాయకులు, సంగీత కళాకారులు కలిసి అందించిన ఈ పాట ‘రామాయణం’లోని సంగీత ప్రపంచానికి మరో ప్రత్యేకతను జోడిస్తోంది. అద్భుతమైన విజువల్స్‌, శ్రీరాముడు, సీతమ్మ భావోద్వేగ ప్రయాణాన్ని సంగీతంతో మేళవిస్తూ, ప్రతి భాష ప్రేక్షకుడూ తన భాషలో ఈ అనుభూతిని ఆస్వాదించేలా పాటను రూపొందించారు.

ప్రపంచంలోనే అత్యంత ప్రాచుర్యం పొందిన ఇతిహాసాల్లో ఒకటైన రామాయణాన్ని వెండితెరపై భారీ స్థాయిలో ఆవిష్కరిస్తున్న ఈ చిత్రంలో శ్రీరాముడిగా రణ్‌బీర్ కపూర్, సీతమ్మగా సాయిపల్లవి, రావణుడిగా రాకింగ్ స్టార్ యశ్, హనుమంతుడిగా సన్నీ డియోల్, లక్ష్మణుడిగా రవి దూబే నటిస్తున్నారు.

నితేశ్ తివారీ దర్శకత్వంలో తెరకెక్కుతున్న ఈ చిత్రాన్ని నమిత్ మల్హోత్రాకు చెందిన ప్రైమ్ ఫోకస్ స్టూడియోస్, ఎనిమిది ఆస్కార్ అవార్డులు అందుకున్న డీఎన్ఈజీ, యశ్‌కు చెందిన మాన్‌స్టర్ మైండ్ క్రియేషన్స్‌తో కలిసి నిర్మిస్తోంది. రెండు భాగాలుగా రూపొందుతున్న ఈ ఎపిక్‌లో మొదటి భాగం 2026 నవంబర్ 5న ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా విడుదల కానుంది. రెండో భాగం 2027 దీపావళికి ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు రానుంది. భారతదేశంలో హిందీ, తమిళం, తెలుగు, కన్నడ, మలయాళ భాషల్లో ఈ చిత్రం విడుదలవుతుంది.
