Mega power star Ram Charan, who shot to nation-wide fame courtesy his bravura act in RRR, on Saturday participated in Hindustan Times Leadership Summit which has been going on in the national capital for the past five days. The actor shared the podium with Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar and spoke at length on how the film dynamics– from script selection to distribution to patronage of VFX-laden spectacle cinema to the advent of OTT platforms among other topics– has changed after COVID-19 pandemic.

Answering a question on when the first look of his next, #RC15, will be out, Charan said, “I want to ask Shankar sir the same (smiles). I have no clue. He is a maverick director. Akshay sir also worked with him for Robot 2. It was my dream to work with Shankar sir; I’ve been his fan from his earliest days of filmmaking. I’m just fortunate that I’m on his sets and rest I’ll leave it to him to decide. I’m also waiting to see the first look, the title announcement, date and everything. We are heading to New Zealand the day after tomorrow for the abroad schedule.”

#RC15, which is a signature Shankar social drama, is being produced by Dil Raju and Shirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations. The likes of Srikanth, Anjali, SJ Suryah, Sunil, Jayaram, Naveen Chandra, Vennela Kishore, Priyadarshi and Venkatesh Kakumanu are playing supporting roles, while Kiara Advani is the leading lady.
