Sensational Vijay Deverakonda to serve as Grand Marshal at the 43rd Annual Biggest India Day Parade in the U.S. on August 17th

Actor Vijay Deverakonda has achieved yet another prestigious honor. He will be participating as the Grand Marshal at the 43rd edition of the World’s Biggest India Day Parade, organized by the Federation of Indian Associations (FIA) in New York, USA. The grand parade is set to take place on August 17, starting at 12 PM along Madison Avenue.
It is estimated that nearly 600,000 people will attend the event, which is renowned as the largest India Day Parade in the world. The celebrations will begin with tributes to the victims of the Pahalgam terrorist attack and the Ahmedabad plane crash.
Expressing his excitement about the event, Vijay Deverakonda said he is honored to be chosen as the Grand Marshal and is looking forward to celebrating India’s Independence Day with the Indian and Telugu communities in the U.S. The parade will be held under the theme "Sarve Bhavanthu Sukino."
This iconic parade has been organized annually since 1981 and continues to be a symbol of Indian pride and unity on a global stage.

హీరో విజయ్ దేవరకొండ మరో అరుదైన గౌరవం దక్కించుకున్నారు. ఫెడరేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియన్ అసోసియేషన్స్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో అమెరికాలోని న్యూయార్క్ లో జరగనున్న ది వరల్డ్ లార్జెస్ట్ ఇండియా డే పెరేడ్ లో ఆయన గ్రాండ్ మార్షల్ గా పాల్గొనబోతున్నారు. ఈ నెల 17న మధ్యాహ్నం 12 గంటలకు మాడిసన్ అవెన్యూలో పరేడ్ వేడుకలకు గ్రాండ్ మార్షల్ గా విజయ్ దేవరకొండ వ్యవహరించనున్నారు. ఈ వేడుకలకు దాదాపు 6 లక్షల మంది హాజరవుతారని అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు.
ఈ పరేడ్ ప్రపంచంలోనే అతి పెద్ద ఇండియా డే పరేడ్ గా ప్రసిద్ధి పొందింది. పహాల్గాం ఉగ్రవాదుల దాడి, అహ్మదాబాద్ విమాన ప్రమాద బాధితులకు నివాళులు అర్పించడంతో ఈ కార్యక్రమం ప్రారంభం కానుంది. ఈ వేడుకల్లో పాల్గొనడంపై హీరో విజయ్ దేవరకొండ సంతోషాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి గ్రాండ్ మార్షల్ గా వ్యవహరించడం తనకు దక్కిన గౌరవంగా భావిస్తున్నానని, అలాగే అమెరికాలోని భారతీయులు, తెలుగు వారితో కలిసి స్వాతంత్య్ర దినోత్సవ వేడుకలను జరుపుకునేందుకు ఎదురుచూస్తున్నట్లు ఆయన తెలిపారు. సర్వే భవంతు సుఖినః అనే థీమ్‌తో ఆగస్టు 17న మాడిసన్ అవెన్యూలో పరేడ్ వేడుకలు జరుగనున్నాయి. 1981వ సంవత్సరం నుంచి ఈ వేడుకలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు.
