Buzz about Gowtam Tinnanuri getting the nod of Vijay Deverakonda for a new project with Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations attached to produce has been doing the rounds for the past 10 days and continuing to do so. A little digging, however, painted a different picture. According to a source, there’s no truth in Vijay-Gowtam film— at least for now! “Both of them know each other but Gowtam didn’t pitch Vijay any story as such. So the question of them collaborating doesn’t arise. If they aren’t teaming up, producer Dil Raju’s name doesn’t feature in the scheme of things. The reports are completely false,” pointed out a source.

The source adds that Gowtam has multiple scripts with him but he needs to fine-tune them. “He is waiting for the right time to pitch to the right actors. It might take a couple of more months for his next move to be out in the public,” the source states.

For those who’ve come in late, Gowtam was supposed to direct Ram Charan up next but the project was dropped due to reasons best kept secret. UV Creations and NV Prasad were attached to produce it jointly.
