Elaborating the launch plans, Raja Munaga, franchise owner of Godavari Charlotte, expressed happiness and excitement to be part of ‘Team Godavari’. “It is a pleasant surprise to experience a family-like culture in the team, especially the passion towards offering authentic Indian food thousands of miles away from the homeland. I am in full praise for the energy levels of Team Godavari that drove me to work tirelessly and open up this location in such a short span. I am also overwhelmed with the committed attitude of the team that has been the main reason behind quick and consistent success of Brand Godavari across America,” he said hoping Godavari Charlotte would, in a short time, become the hallmark restaurant in North Charlotte and grow in strength to make the Indian community feel at home.
Murali Chigurupati, franchise owner of Godavari Chicago and Austin, and a long-time associate of the Godavari Family, explained the chain’s expansion plans and revealed in the immediate future Godavari will be all set to flow into several different directions introducing innovative and trendy concepts to amuse foodies and set benchmarks in the industry.
Godavari is actively working with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, India, and is looking forward to participating in the "Food Olympics" to be held in Vizag.
Godavari recently launched its restaurant in the state of Rhode Island. The restaurant offering South Indian signature dishes has been well-received with an ever-increasing patronage. The promoters thanked Rhode Island and the Indian community for making the restaurant a success in a short time.
“Team” Godavari also signed up for the Harrisburg, PA and Detroit, MI locations with great landmark spots in both the cities.
Godavari on the occasion wishes to make it clear to its patrons that it doesn't own or operate any branches in South Charlotte, and is in no way responsible for any restaurant claiming the association, or for quality and dishes knowingly or unknowingly carrying the Godavari brand tag.
