The South Indian Restaurant giant in USA "Godavari" has recently started a unique concept of South Indian Food Trucks on the name of "Spicy Salaa" - A contemporary concept of serving the streets of Boston, MA for now.
"Like we always say, we want to take South Indian food to the next level and spread the aroma across the planet. "Spicy Salaa" is the first South Indian food truck in the country. We are soon taking this concept across the globe. It is more about a street side experience that everyone is missing from back home." Says Koushik Koganti.
"Spicy Salaa" is getting amazing response from the corporate crowd in the city of Boston for its unique and different menu that could be served in few minutes without even waiting. Some of them are "Rascalaa Bowl", "Modi Mega Bowl", "Kickass Chicken", "Sexy Samosas" and different kinds of Dosas for all the Dosa cravers who miss South Indian food in the downtown areas.
"We have been attracting many non-Indians since we started this last week. Everyone want to try our food and they are really loving the food and concept. We really thank "Team" Godavari for joining hands with us in creating this unique concept." says Kiran Kodali and Madhukar Bayakati, Young entrepreneurs who joined with Godavari in this venture.
"Godavari" is also coming up with this unique concept of "Food Truck Catering" for your events. Food will be served live from the food truck on your drive way with "Spicy Salaa".
Spicy Salaa also started franchising out this concept to many cities and on the spree of spreading "Dosa Culture".
"We have many more unique concepts and recipes cooking. We would thank all the Godavari owners for being like a family and the food lovers for their support and love for 2 years of our inception. We are celebrating our anniversary next month and thrilled to be 2. We promise that we would excite every South Indian food lover in the country with many unique concepts in coming days. " Says Teja Chekuri.
