TASC Pays Tribute to 'Missile Man of India' A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on 1st Aug 2015 in LA. 200+ TASC members and volunteers attended this congregation. This event was kicked off by TASC prepared video clippings of A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. During this event TASC Executive committee, Community Leaders Dharma Reddy Gummadi and Ravi Alapati paid homage to Dr.Abdul Kalam and shared their thoughts along with guests of the evening Smt Joythirmayee, Tollywood director V.N.Aditya, Actress Laya, Pooja Batra, Radhika Choudhary and Hollywood Director Bala, this was followed by 2 minute silence. On this occasion Smt.Kondativeeti Joythirmayee shared her experiences how passionate Dr. Abdul Kalam was towards Annamaya Kirtanalu. She shared that Dr. Abdul Kalam released her one of the book and how impressed he was with her Braille works on Annamaya Kirtanalu for Blind people.

After the tributes, Tollywood Director V.N.Aditya presented the history of cinema and his work and contributions to Tollywood. He also shared his experiences how he got into Movie Making. TASC President Mallik Reddy Bonthu along with EC team felicitated V.N. Aditya and thanked all the Members and Volunteers for attending the event on such a short notice.
